Ryan Diboll joins Paul Basham Associates as a Civil Engineer Apprentice. Ryan is the first apprentice to join the apprenticeship scheme in our Fareham office.
After spending a year at college, Ryan decided that it wasn’t for him and that he wanted to pursue a career in a different fashion. Ryan had always wanted to do an apprenticeship but he couldn’t find an opportunity that suited his aspirations. That was until Ryan came across the opportunity to become a civil engineer apprentice at Paul Basham Associates. Ryan is looking forward to learning the ropes of becoming a civil engineer and will be working alongside the experts in our Civil Engineering team on Section agreements and drainage strategies.
Ryan is an avid Havant and Waterlooville FC supporter and in his spare time he likes watching them play whenever possible and playing football for an amateur club.
