Our Oxford Office is 1 Year Old!

Paul Basham Associates Oxford office celebrates its first-year anniversary today.

The office has gone from strength to strength during 2016 with projects across 44 local authorities. Our original four employees in Oxford have now doubled to eight members of staff including two graduates on the PBA Graduate Training Programme.

During our first year, we have worked on a wide variety of projects. These include student accommodation sites in Central Oxford, retirement developments across the Midlands and Central England, more modest sites with vehicle access constraints and/or accessibility concerns as well as large, strategic sites across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

We have ongoing involvement in projects for both the public and the private sectors; have assisted Bracknell Forest Homes with delivery of much needed affordable housing and have been appointed on schemes as Travel Plan Coordinators by Gloucestershire County Council over the next five years.

We have delivered an access design, Transport Assessment and Travel Plan for 100 new dwellings on a greenfield site in West Oxfordshire and prepared reports for three large brownfield commercial redevelopment sites in North London.

During its first year, the Oxford Office can claim a 100% success rate in securing no highways objection on determined applications. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and this is achieved through delivering a quality product on time and on budget.

For 2017, the office has some exciting new projects in view, both in Oxfordshire and further afield. Our team of highly motivated and dedicated transport planners and engineers are happy to assist you with transport planning and engineering queries so please get in touch if you need our expertise, advice and support.
