Paul Basham Associates are pleased to announce the recent appointment of Spencer Bryan to Associate Transport Planner.
With over 25 years of experience of working with West Sussex County Council, 20 years of which included management roles and responsibilities, Spencer has a wealth of experience including transport planning, development management and strategic masterplanning.
Recently Spencer has been leading on a significant growth initiative in Burgess Hill, working with a range of stakeholders that will see the delivery of over 5000 new homes, create over 6000 new jobs and deliver 200,000sqm of employment space, along with substantial infrastructure.

During his career, Spencer has studied at Bath and Bristol universities where he has developed his passion for transportation and particularly enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary environment where innovative and practical solutions are required to overcome todays transport challenges.
