Paul Basham Associates was founded in 2009 by Paul Basham, a professional transport planning consultant with over 20 years’ experience. The company has matured over time and is working across the UK with offices located in Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

Our staff have a wealth of experience of working with both the public and private sectors, from development feasibility through to detailed highway design.
