The Proposal
Paul Basham Associates were tasked with supporting Indurent (formerly St Modwen) in the Travel Planning and Travel Plan Coordination roles for a large-scale business park located to the north-east of Wellingborough
The Approach
Supporting the development at the Business Park, Paul Basham Associates prepared Travel Plans to satisfy planning conditions for each unit as it has been occupied.
Given the complexity of managing units operated by different businesses, and that occupied at different time, it was crucial to ensure that the measures, monitoring and implementation of the Travel Plans were easy to follow and logical, to assist with the cohesive implementation of the Travel Plan requirements.
As the Site Wide Travel Plan Coordinator, our responsibilities include working with each unit occupier, coordinating employee surveys, producing site wide promotional material and ensuring suitable monitoring reports and submissions are made to North Northamptonshire Council.
The Result
Currently overseeing the TPC works for the site, our team is in Year 2 of works for the units . We look forward to continuing working with the occupiers and Indurent to ensure the site operates as sustainably as it can from a traffic and transport point of view.
