Working alongside The Highwood Group, Bloor Homes and Linden Homes on this large residential scheme in Fair Oak, Paul Basham Associates saw this project from Initial Advice, through Outline Planning Permission and subsequent Phased Reserved Matters Applications.
The brief
Originally working with The Highwood Group, Bloor Homes and subsequently by their partners on this scheme; Linden Homes, the scheme, located in Fair Oak comprises 330 new homes and an on-site community centre applied for originally in outline and built in five phases.
Our approach
Paul Basham Associates provided a full Transport Assessment and Framework Travel Plan for the outline application, working closely with the project team at the public consultations as well as Eastleigh Borough and Hampshire County Council.
Subsequently, we worked alongside both Bloor Homes and Linden Homes with their 5 Reserved Matters applications, which included Reserved Matters Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and highway advice; including refuse tracking, car parking arrangements and internal visibility.
Working with both clients on the Reserved Matters applications, we were able to provide a consistent approach throughout the scheme.
The result
With the last Reserved Matters applications approved, the development has been completed and fully sold. This long-term project kept the team here busy over a number of years, and we are pleased to see the end result.
