Paul Basham Associates were delighted to work with Durkan to provide a Transport Compliance Statement to support a Reserved Matters planning application for a residential development comprising of 293 units within Wintringham Park, St Neots.
Paul Basham Associates were tasked with producing a Compliance Transport Statement to support the Reserved Matters application. The wider development site gained outline planning permission in November 2018 for up to 2,800 residential dwellings, employment use and education and community centre facilities.
In the first instance, Paul Basham Associates undertook a site visit to assess the development site. As part of the first stage of works a number of documents were consulted to identify policy and regulations that are required to be met by the proposed development. Paul Basham Associates provided input and design of the internal highway arrangement to ensure that the development met the expectations of the highway authority and that the appropriate internal roads, footways and junctions were suitable for adoption.
The scheme received consent in December 2020, and we look forward to seeing the site progress.
