We are excited to introduce our new Civil Engineer, Amber Irvine, who joins our team based at the Welborne Garden Village site in Fareham.
Amber joined Paul Basham Associates in December 2025, bringing nine years of design-focused expertise, with additional experience across all project stages from feasibility through to construction. She has worked on a range of infrastructure, transport, and planning projects.
Amber completed the BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering degree apprenticeship at the University of Portsmouth, graduating in July 2024, and achieved Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in November 2024.
Outside of work, Amber is a keen music enthusiast. She enjoys singing, performing in amateur musical theatre, and attending live music events. She also has a cat who firmly believes she runs the flat.
