Cerys graduated from the University of Reading in 2023 with a BSc in Human Geography, including a professional placement year.
Since graduating, Cerys has worked as a Planning Support Officer within a local authority planning department, gaining valuable experience and knowledge of the planning process. Through working across both the Development Management and Policy teams, Cerys developed a growing interest in transport planning. She joined Paul Basham Associates in April 2026 as a Graduate Transport Planner and is looking forward to further developing her knowledge and contributing to a range of projects.
Outside of work, Cerys enjoys socialising with friends and family, going for walks, attending Pilates classes, reading, and watching live music and concerts. She also enjoys travelling and exploring new places, from city breaks to relaxing sunny beach destinations.
