We are delighted to announce that Fraser Spinney has joined our Transport Planning team as a Senior Transport Planner in the Southern Office!
Fraser joined our team, bringing with him a wealth of experience working in Transport Planning having joined the Highways Development Planning team at Hampshire County Council fresh out of university, where he worked for just under seven years. In this role, Fraser provided highways advice to Local Planning Authorities on planning applications, covering the majority of districts in Hampshire at one time or another and gaining exposure to a wide range of applications. Having left HCC for a brief stint as a football journalist, Fraser is excited to now progress his career in the world of Transport Planning.
Fraser’s main hobby is football, whether that be watching or playing, with the rollercoaster ride of supporting Southampton always keeping things interesting. Aside from football, Fraser enjoys spending time with his wife, friends and family and is preparing for many sleepless nights with a baby on the way. Fraser and his wife are always eyeing up the next European city break and trying to work out the logistics of ticking off a city in one day, with Berlin a recent highlight.
