Chris joins Paul Basham Associates from Atkins as our new civil engineer, having worked in civil engineering and highways as both a contractor and a consultant since 2015. Chris’ experience has taken him across the UK, From Tyne and Wear to the Isle of Wight
Chris has gained a wide range of experience in highway design including, pavement design and assessment, sustainable drainage and project management. Chris has worked on a large variety of projects from small local schemes to multimillion pound projects, including the Ryhope Link road, Island Roads PFI and major highway schemes in Hampshire.
At Paul Basham Associates, Chris joins our Civils Team and will be focusing on highways design and Section 278 packages.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys mountain pursuits including skiing, hiking and mountain biking. When closer to home he enjoys cycling in the New Forest and sailing along the south coast.
