Having opened our Oxford office in January 2016 we have worked hard as a small, independent consultancy to build relationships and deliver first-rate advice and support for projects across Oxfordshire and beyond. With a view to long-term investment in the area, our Business Plan outlines our drive and commitment to provide our clients with comprehensive and practical solutions to today’s transport challenges to enable development to come forward.
To this end, we are always delighted to receive positive client feedback and with so much appreciation recently, we felt well placed to enter into the award category for ‘Best Property Consultant’ at the Oxford Property Festival and we were ecstatic to be shortlisted given the breadth of the category, and our knowledge of the local property market and the competition we were up against.

It all climaxed on Wednesday 18th April, when Paul and Vicky donned their black tie and headed to Divinity Hall, Bodleian Library, a beautiful venue for the drinks reception. So many familiar faces among the 250 delegates and a great chance to catch up before we crossed over to the Blackwell Hall in Weston Library for the awards dinner. Thank you to Vail Williams for co-hosting with us and to all of our guests who joined us to celebrate Oxfordshire’s booming property market. Unfortunately we didn’t win but we were delighted to be “highly commended” for the award for “Best Property Consultant”!
