We are delighted to announce that Ian Saunders has joined the team as Project Manager in the Welborne Office!
Ian joined Paul Basham Associates’ Welborne team in October 2023 with around 15 years of management experience in the construction industry. He worked his way up after leaving school from Office Administrator to Contracts Manager in a Traffic Management business located in the West Midlands before relocating to work as Project Manager on the Isle of Wight PFI in 2013. In 2023, he achieved MIoL status with the Institute of Leadership.
In the near future, Ian hopes to join the ICE to further his technical knowledge and is excited to start his new chapter here at Paul Basham Associates.
Outside of work, most of Ian’s time is spent with his wife and son exploring the Isle of Wight. He always has two or three holidays or weekend breaks planned at any one time, but in between he enjoys the occasional round of golf, a quick pint, watching Formula 1, and when the weather is good - riding his motorcycle.
