In 2012, we took the strategic decision to progress towards establishing and developing a formalised and fully certified Quality Management System (QMS) and were delighted to achieve certification in 2013.
More recently in July, we were recommended for our recertification and will be transitioning to the 2026 standards over the next couple of years.
