At Paul Basham Associates, we are pleased to have recently provided transport planning assistance to help achieve two successful planning condition variations at Broadley Copse Farm in Funtington and Blendworth Hills in Horndean. While the sites and land uses were very different – one focused on an anaerobic digester and the other on residential development – both projects required careful technical input to ensure planning conditions could be varied without compromising the surrounding transport network or the needs of the local community.
